What We Do

Entrust Counselling Services provides counselling using a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach. Our counsellors are all Registered Psychologists, which means that they have the required credentials and specialized training to be able to use the term psychologist, which is a regulated profession in Alberta. Many insurance companies require therapists to be Registered Psychologists to ensure that the level of care is of the highest quality.

We currently work with people that have the following concerns (including but not limited to):

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Anger issues
  • Grief/loss
  • Eating disorders
  • Parent-child relationships
  • Marriage and relationship issues
  • Family issues
  • Addictions
  • Individuals and families with children with disabilities
  • Individuals and families with children with autism
  • Trouble integrating into society
  • Self-esteem issues
  • Abuse issues (sexual, physical, emotional)
  • Work-related issues

Why Counselling?

  • You are feeling confused, anxious or unhappy
  • You are struggling with addiction
  • You’ve experienced a crisis or major life change
  • You want to address issues from your past
  • You want better communication with your spouse, partner, family or friends
  • You want to experience personal growth
